Janan is last daughter of Absolute Champion of Europe 2012 Ghadir, who was born in 2009 on our farm. He was tall, massive stallion (164 height, cannon 21,0), with good movement, jumping skills and extraordinary sociable character. We lost him unexpectedly in 2016.

Ghadir´s sire 1462 Gumon was born in 1998 at the studfarm Dagestanskii. In training of Habib Djaparov he achieved excellent results at the racetrack as 4-7 years old, especially at stayer´s distances - he won twice Prize of Turkmenistan (6000m), the longest flat race for Akhal Teke horses (in his first start in this race he finished 2nd), he won Prize of Nations (also finished 2nd). For his performance he was evaluated by 9 points (from possible 10). He started his breeding career in Dagestan and in 2006 he was imported to us. He was stallion with unbelievable energy and great movement. Two of his stallions were used in breeding, except Ghadir 1433 Gelshah. His daughters Jih ATT and Gemekala ATT placed 2nd in their categories at breeding championships, Darakhshan succesfuly competes in endurance and achieved several victories on 80-102km level.  

Ghadir´s dam Grust was born in 1993 at the studfarm Stavropol. She raced as a 2 years old, out of 7 starts she won once, once finished 2nd and once 3rd. She placed 5th at Russian Championship in 1995. Grust is dam of 7 foals, including Absolute European champion Ghadir, 2nd placed at CBC championship Gemekala and 2nd placed in his category and winner of Loose jumping competition at European AT championship in Babolna, Sadalbari.

 

Janan´s dam, Jana-Jan (1584 Mingam), was bred by us in 2006. In 2008 she aquired title of European Junior Champion in Gut Ising. She is dam of Absolute Champion of Europe Shergir and his full sister, European Junior champion Jangi, etc. 

 

Jana-Jan´s sire, 1584 Mingam, was born in 1996 at the studfarm Akhalt-Service and in January 2004 was imported to us. He was middle-sized stallion of expressive type, compact, with good movement and jumping abilities. He was winner of several exhibition races. At the beginning of his stud career he was used mostly in partbred breeding, total number of registered purebred Teke is four.

Jana-Jan´s dam is 2698 Davenda, El line. She was imported in 2004 from Akhalt-Service, Russia and became our foundation mare. Davenda succeeded in breeding already in Russia, producing 3rd and 5th placed at the World Championship, stallion Karakhan, who later became breeding stallion. Except him, two other sons of Davenda are used in breeding - Galadaw (by Germes, Ak Sakal line) in Uruguay (where he became champion of El Prado exhbition twice) and Damask (by Aksum, Arab line) in Czech Republic. Except above-mentioned Jana-Jan, Davenda is dam of several other daughters, including Darakhshan (by Gumon, Kaplan line), winner of several 80-102 km endurance competition in 2018-2019 or Dijanitra (by Germes, Ak Sakal line), 2nd place in her category at CBC championship in 2016, where she also aquired Selection Hope title, Djik-Djiki (Samurai), 2nd placed in her category at CBC championship or Djeren-Djan (by Mingam), Elite graded, etc.

Janan belongs to the family founded by mare Kepderi (Lachin).1252 Kepderi, buckskin, was born in 1953 in Turkmenistan, by Ter Kush (Toporbai line), out of 969 Temri (Toporbai line) and was the product of close inbreeding II x II to stallion 044 Tillya Kush.  This family spread out mostly through her daughters 1488 Djakhan, 1590 Lolla, 1588 Lan and 2350 Leili. This family produced several succesful racehorses, including 2nd in Derby and later succesful dressage horses Lakmus or Derby winner Dasht, same as horses who suceeded in sport (let´s mention endurance horses Gyshgun, Durkhal Shael, Darakhshan, Monja, Meshhur, Damgan, Shumer Shael, etc.). Kepderi family also contributed to forming of maternal herd of Shael Studfarm in Russia.
